摘要
实习教学是本科人才培养的最薄弱环节之一,实习教学活动"缩水放羊"和"落地难"是本科院校教学工作中存在的共性问题。本文提出了解决实习教学活动"缩水放羊"和"落地难"问题的改革路径,并以中国矿业大学为例,介绍了教学管理、经费保障、基地保障、安全保障和质量管理"五位一体"的实习教学管理体系。通过5年的改革实践表明,该体系构建与实施较好地解决了实习教学活动"缩水放羊"和"落地难"问题,切实增强了学生解决复杂问题的工程实践能力和岗位就业竞争力。
Internship teaching is one of the weakest part in current talent-cultivating of higher education. The activity of internship teaching is always difficult to carry out in full. This paper is to propose the Five-in-One internship teaching management system based on teaching and quality control, guarantee of base, safety and funds, and the system is illustrated with examples of China University of Mining and Technology. The Five-in-One internship teaching management system to solve the current internship teaching dilemma is found to be both feasible and effective with five years＇ implementation. It can promote the practical engineering ability to solve complex problems and employment competitiveness for students.
