摘要
针对某电站锅炉脱硝系统出口NO_X浓度相对偏差大、氨逃逸过量等问题,应用现场测试和分析对比的方法,找到了脱硝系统存在问题的原因,提出了进行喷氨优化调整试验解决上述问题的方法。结果表明:优化调整后,脱硝系统出口NO_X浓度相对偏差在20%以内、氨逃逸控制在3 u L/L以内,取得了良好效果。
In the light of big relative deviation of NOx concentration and excessive ammonia escape at the denitration system outlet of a power boiler, the problem causes of the denitration system were found out by the application of the field test and analysis and comparison methods. The solution of injecting ammonia optimization and adjustment was proposed. The results show that the relative deviation of NOx concentration is controlled within 20%, as well as ammonia escape within 3 uUL for the denitration system outlet, which get better effects.
