玉米胞质雄性不育材料‘PH6WCcms-LK18’的鉴定及分析 被引量:3

摘要 旨在摸清新育成的玉米胞质雄性不育系‘PH6WCcms-LK18’的胞质类型、育性稳定性并得到其恢复系。应用特异引物PCR扩增鉴定不育系‘PH6WCcms-LK18’的胞质类型,在不同生态条件下对不育系的育性稳定性进行调查,并通过测交筛选其恢复系。结果表明:不育系‘PH6WCcms-LK18’属于C型不育胞质,开花期雄穗无花药外露,花药内无花粉,是一种败育彻底的无花粉型细胞质雄性不育系,不育性表现稳定,自交系‘HP530C’‘3182C’‘WK798-1’能保持其不育性,‘郑58’‘PH5AD’‘PH4CV’可恢复‘PH6WCcms-LK18’的育性,可作为其恢复系。 To provide theoretical basis for application in breeding,a cytoplasmic male sterile line‘PH6WCcms-LK18’was identified for type of male sterility and for screening the maize male sterile restorer.The male sterile was observed by planting sterile line in April in Ningxia and in November in Hainan each year to test the male sterile expression at different locations and years.Meanwhile,the cytoplasmic type was discriminated by specific PCR amplification with specifically primers.Test cross was conducted with‘PH6WCcms-LK18’to screen restorers of male sterile line.The results showed that the male sterility characteristics of‘PH6WCcms-LK18’were stable,no anthers exposed on tassel and pollen aborted completely.Furthermore,the amplification bands with specific PCR primers conformed that sterile materials belonged to C group CMS.The male sterility‘PH6WCcms-LK18’could be maintained by inbred line‘HP530C’‘3182C’and‘WK798-1’.The inbred line‘Zheng 58’‘PH5AD’and‘PH4CV’could be used as restorer lines.
