摘要 针对油田地下水资源有限,水位下降又缺乏有效监测手段,近年来出现水源井空抽、干烧等现象,影响了油田正常注水。研制了水源井液位在线远程监测系统,已在长庆油田成功应用28口井,起到了远程在线监控水源井液位、出水压力、出水流量和潜水泵电参数作用,达到了低液位预警、高液位自动启泵的目的,避免了水源井空抽、干烧等现象。实际应用表明:该系统对优化水源井工作制度,保障水源井正常运行,从源头上保障油田注水充足起到关键作用。 In view of limited groundwater resources, water level falling and lack of ettecnve monitoring and measuring means in oilfields, the problem of air pumping and dry burning of water wells has occurred, and normal water injection of oilfields has been influenced. A remote on-line monitoring and measuring system for liquid level of water well is developed. The system has been successfully applied in 28 wells in Changqing Oilfield. Remote on-line monitoring of water level, outlet pressure, effluent flow and submersible pump electrical parameters is realized. Low-level early alarming and high-level pump automatically turning on are also realized. The problems of air pumping and dry burning of water wells are efficiently avoided. Practical application shows that the system plays an important role in optimizing the working system of water wells, ensuring the normal operation of water source wells and ensuring adequate water injecting in the oilfield from the source.
