艾司奥美拉唑钠中钠离子的含量测定

Determination of Sodium Ion in Esomeprazole Sodium by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy

摘要 目的:建立艾司奥美拉唑钠中钠离子含量的原子吸收光谱检测方法。方法:用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定,检测谱线为330.3 nm,灯电流为5.0 m A,狭缝宽度为0.2 nm,空气流量为13.5 L/min,乙炔流量为2.0 L/min,燃烧头高度为0 mm。结果:钠离子浓度在20~100 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为100.9%,RSD为1.5%(n=6),测得钠离子的平均含量为6.28 mg/100 mg。结论:本法简便、准确、快捷,可作为艾司奥美拉唑钠中钠离子的含量测定。 Objective: To establish a method for determination of the sodium ion in esomeprazole sodium by atom- ic absorption spectroscopy. Methods: It was measured by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. The detective wave-length was set at 330.3 nm. The electric current of the light was 5.0 mA. The slit-width was 0.2 nm. The flow rates of air and acetylene gas were 13.5 L/rain and 2.0 L/min, rcseparately. And the height of the burner was 0 mm. Results: The calibration curve was linear between the range of 20 and 100 mg/L for sodium ion. The average recoveries were 100.9%, and RSD was 1.5% (n = 6). The average content of sodium ion was 6.28 mg/100 mg. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and quick, and it is suitable for the determination of the sodium ion in esomeprazole sodium.
