摘要
采用高温固相合成的方法制备了二硫化钴材料,对其物相、形貌、金相和比表面积进行了表征,并重点考察了二硫化钴形貌对放电性能的影响。结果表明:比表面积大的二硫化钴,在体系LiB/LiF-LiCl-LiBr/CoS_2中520℃下第一平台电压有所提高,脉冲放电性能提高,极化内阻降低。放电有效容量随正极材料比表面积的变化呈现规律性。所有粉末颗粒内部均存在孔洞,其中形成宽大连通孔洞的粉末具有更优的综合性能。
The cobalt disulfide material was prepared by high-temperature solid-states sintering. The phase,morphology, microstructure and specific surface area of CoS_2 were characterized, and the discharge properties of different CoS_2 morphologies were mainly investigated. The results show that for the cobalt disulfide with large specific surface area, under 520 ℃ in the system LiB/LiF-LiCl-LiBr/CoS_2, the first platform voltage increases, the pulse discharge performance is improved and the polarization resistance reduces. The effective capacity presents obvious rules with the change of cathode materials' specific the surface area. All of the powder particles have pores inside,and the powder with large connects the pores shows best comprehensive performance.
