基于学习型社会建设的继续教育研究——以粤港澳大湾区为例 被引量:4

摘要 学习型社会具有全面性、终身性及社会性等特点,为了有效适应学习型社会的发展,开展继续教育尤为重要,不仅可体现终身教育思想,实现个性化教育服务,满足受教育者学习需求,还能保持部分地区经济发展活力。但当前继续教育建设仍面临碎片化、形式化等问题。以粤港澳大湾区为例,部分高校过于重视传统教育、扩大办学规模。因此,需要创新继续教育目标、内容及发展理念,完善继续教育体系,促进学习型社会发展。 With the characteristics of comprehensiveness,lifetime and sociality of learning society,in order to adapt to the development of learning society,it is particularly important to carry out continuing education,which not only embodies the idea of lifelong education,realizes personalized service education,and meets the education needs of learners,but also can maintain the vitality of economic development in some areas. However,continuing education construction is still faced with such problems as fragmentation and formalization. Taking Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area for example,some colleges pay too much attention to traditional education,expanding the scale of higher education. Therefore,it is necessary to make innovations in the goal,content and development concept of continuing education,perfect the system of continuing education and promote the development of learning society.
