摘要
在当前大力倡导终身教育的社会背景下,社区教育的发展状况备受瞩目,国家对其重视程度越来越高。首先分析对社会治理视域下社区教育管理创新的意义,指出当前社区建设存在着社区教育参与主体单一、社区教育缺乏吸引力、社区人员差异较大等问题。从社会治理视域提出了完善教育扶持政策、开展信息化教育、出台相关政策法规、加强社区网络建设、建设社区教育管理综合服务体系五个方面的社区教育管理的创新路径,以期促进社区教育管理的创新。
In the context of lifetime education which is vigorously advocated,the development of community education is drawing much attention and the state pays increasing attention to it. This paper first analyzes the significance of management innovation of community education from the perspective of social governance,and points out such problems of community construction as the single participation subject,lack of attraction,and community members with great differences. This paper puts forward the innovation path of community education management by optimizing education support policies,implementing information education,introducing relevant policies and regulations,strengthening the construction of community networks,and constructing the comprehensive service system for community education management from the perspective of social governance in order to promote community education management innovation.
