摘要
针对消防泵易锈蚀、维护难等问题,构建了一套智能巡检控制系统。集成信号输入单元、中央控制单元、巡检驱动单元、参数设定单元等模块,设计系统工作流程,分析并设置系统参数。通过分析系统功能与特点,提出系统运维与管理理念。智能巡检控制系统研究表明:系统不仅能够降低工作强度,还可提高维护效率、降低工作成本,为消防工作提供可靠保障。
In view of the problems of easy corrosion and hard maintenance of fire pumps, a set of intelligent patrol control system is constructed. By highly integrating the signal input unit, central control unit, inspection drive unit, parameter setting unit, the system＇s work flow is designed. By analyzing the functions and characteristics of the system, and putting forward the concept of system maintenance and management, it is indicated that the system can not only reduce work intensity, but also greatly improve maintenance efficiency and reduce work cost, so as to provide reliable guarantee for the fire safety.
