摘要
通过电话访谈调查28所三级综合医院质量管理组织架构,按地区、床位规模、质量管理队伍配备进行描述分析,发现质量管理组织形式地区差异明显,医院还需加强组织建制,明确各职能部门分工,加强质量管理人员的培训,推进信息化建设进程。
Based on the investigation of quality control structure of 28 general tertiary hospitals in China, a descriptive analysis in perspectives of region, beds and quality management team are carried out. It shows that there is big gaps in quality management organization structure between regions. It is considered to strengthen organization construction, clear functions between departments, pay more attention to staff training and promote information system construction.
