摘要
目的了解男男性接触者(Men who have sex with men,MSM)的性行为特征、艾滋病知识知晓情况以及该人群的行为特征,为MSM人群HIV感染的预防控制及干预提供理论依据。方法对2016年在大连及鞍山市招募的502名MSM调查对象进行访谈及问卷调查,了解其人口学特征、艾滋病知识知晓率和近6个月性行为情况。结果调查对象平均年龄(29.41±6.62)岁,首次发生男男性行为年龄(20.84±3.48)岁,艾滋病防病知识总知晓率为94.0%,其中病例组为269人,知晓率为90.0%;对照组为203人,知晓率为100.0%。50.0%有通过互联网寻找性伴经历,59.6%最近6个月内性伴数1~5个、安全套使用率肛交高于口交,文化程度为艾滋病防病知识与使用安全套的正相关因素。结论 MSM人群年龄及其首次性行为年龄更趋于年轻化,艾滋病知识知晓率与安全套使用率存在知行分离现象。应加大利用互联网平台开展MSM保护性行为的干预措施力度。
Objective To understand the characteristics of sexual behavior,AIDS knowledge awareness and the behavior characteristics of the population,to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of HIV infection among MSM population. Methods To investigated the demographic characteristics,awareness rate of AIDS knowledge and nearly six months of sexual behavior of 502 MSM subjects recruited from Dalian and Anshan in 2015. Results The average age（ 29. 41 ± 6. 62） years old; age of first sexual behavior（ 20. 84 ± 3. 48）. The total awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge was 94. 0%,of which 269 were cases,the awareness rate was 90. 0%,the control group was 203,the awareness rate was 100. 0%. In the last 6 months,50. 0% of them looking for partners through the internet and 59. 6% of them have 1 to 5 Sexual partners. The occurrence of same-sex sexual behavior anal sex condom use rate is higher than the oral sex,education level is a positive factor in safety behavior. Conclusion The average age of first sexual behavior become younger; there is separation of knowledge and behavior. People should increase the use of the Internet platform to strengthen the intervention of MSM protective behavior.
