摘要
目的研究股骨近端抗旋髓内钉内固定术对股骨转子下骨折的治疗作用。方法选取2011年2月—2016年8月我院收治的50例股骨转子下骨折患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表,将其分为两组。结果股骨近端抗旋髓内钉组肢体功能康复效果高于对照组,术后并发症率低于对照组,手术耗时、出血、X线暴露时间、痊愈时间均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨近端抗旋髓内钉内固定术对股骨转子下骨折的治疗作用确切,可减少术中创伤,减少术后并发症,缩短X线暴露和痊愈时间。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nailing on subtrochanteric femoral fracture. Methods 50 cases of femoral subtrochanteric fracture treated in our hospitalfrom February 2011 to August 2016 were selected as the object of study. According to the random number table, they were divided into two groups. Results The functional rehabilitation of the proximal femoral anti-rotational intramedullary nailing group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the postoperative complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group. The operation time, bleeding, X-ray exposure time and recovery time were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). Conclusion Proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nailing is effective in treating subtrochanteric fractures, which can reduce intraoperative trauma, reduce postoperative complications, shorten the time of X-ray exposure and cure.
