摘要
目的分析胃溃疡患者实施个体化健康教育处方对医学知识知晓及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2013年5月—2017年1月于我院收治的胃溃疡患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,常规口头健康宣教为对照组干预模式,个体化健康教育处方为观察组干预模式,对比两组干预效果。结果观察组患者医学知识知晓率、护理满意度分别为98.00%、98.00%,相较于对照组的74.00%、72.00%更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃溃疡患者实施个体化健康教育处方能够提高患者医学知识知晓及护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of gastric ulcer patients implement individual health education prescription of medical knowledge and nursing satisfaction. Methods From May 2013 to January 2017, 100 cases of patients with gastric ulcer admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects, they were randomly divided into two groups, the routine oral health education intervention model for the control group, individual health education prescription for the observation group intervention, intervention effect of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe awareness rate of medical knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were 98.00% and 98.00% respectively. Compared to 74.00% and 72.00% of the control group, it was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Individualized Health Education Prescriptions in patients with gastric ulcer can improve their medical knowledge and satisfaction.
