摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂模式在胸心外科专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取153名胸心外科专科护士为对照组,153名胸心外科专科护士为观察组,对照组沿用传统方法进行培训,观察组采用课前分组、发放课件、问题反馈,课中回顾要点、现场答疑解惑、巩固复习,课后总结的翻转课堂模式。培训结束后,比较两组胸心外科专科护士的理论、操作考核成绩及对培训效果的满意度。结果观察组护士的理论及操作考核成绩、对培训效果的满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论将翻转课堂模式应用于临床专科护士培训中,可提高护士的专业理论水平和实际操作能力,提升了培训效果,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom mode on specialist nurses' training in cardiothoracic surgery.Methods There were 153 specialist nurses in the observation group and the control group respectively.The control group were trained in the traditional ways,while the observation group were trained based on flipped classroom,which included grouping,distributing courseware,problem feedback before class,reviewing key points,answering questions in the class,and summarize after class.After the training,the theoretical and operational assessment results,and satisfaction with the training in two groups of nurses were compared.Results The theoretical and operational scores of the nurses and satisfaction with the training in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0.01).Conclusion The application of the flipped classroom mode on specialist nurses' training can improve the professional level of nurses and practical ability,and enhance the training effect,which is worth promoting.
