摘要
为了探究钢梁十字形焊接细节应力集中系数的影响因素,针对带过焊孔的焊接细节(焊接细节1)和对接焊缝错开的焊接细节(焊接细节2)制作试件进行模型试验,并采用ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,分析各焊接细节腹板、翼缘板和焊缝的应力集中系数,研究焊脚尺寸、过焊孔半径、焊缝宽度、焊缝余高、板件间隙宽度和间隙长度对各部件应力集中系数的影响。结果表明:焊接细节1各部件的应力集中系数均比焊接细节2的大;2种焊接细节典型测点的应变实测值与计算值基本吻合,相差均小于15%;对于焊接细节1,过焊孔半径对各部件的应力集中系数均有较大影响,板件间隙宽度对焊缝的应力集中系数影响显著,焊脚尺寸和板件间隙长度对各部件的应力集中系数影响较小;对于焊接细节2,仅对接焊缝余高对腹板的应力集中系数有显著影响,其余因素对各部件应力集中系数的影响均较小。
To probe into the factors that may have influences on the stress concentration coeffi-cients of the cruciform welded details of steel girder, the specimens of the welded detail with the cope hole (detail 1) and the detail with the staggered butt weld joints (detail 2) were fabricated and the corresponding model tests were carried out. The software ANSYS was used to establish the finite element model, the stress concentration coefficients of the webs, flange plates and weld joints of the different details were analyzed and the influences of the weld toe dimensions, cope hole radii, weld joint width, weld reinforcement and the plate gap width and length on the stress concentration coefficients of the different components of the details were studied. The results of the study demonstrate that the stress concentration coefficients of the components of the detail 1 are all greater than those of the detail 2. The measured and calculated strain values of the typical measurement points of the two types of the details are basically agreeable and the differences be-tween the values are less than 15%. For the detail 1, the cope hole radii have rather great influ-ences on the stress concentration coefficients of the different components, the influences of the gap width of the plates on the concentration coefficients of the weld joints are significant, however, the influences of the weld toe dimensions and the gap length of the plates on the concentration coeffi-cients are little. For the detail 2, only the butt weld joint reinforcement has influences on the stress concentration coefficients of the webs and the influences of the rest of the factors on the con-centration coefficients of the different components are little.
