摘要
以AlPW_(12)O_(40)及蔗糖为原料,原位合成了新型绿色AlPW_(12)O_(40)@C固体酸催化剂,并用FT-IR、XRD、EDS和SEM等方法对其结构进行了表征.以AlPW_(12)O_(40)@C为催化剂催化合成乙酸正丁酯,考察了磷钨酸铝包覆量、催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度及催化剂重复使用次数对酯化率的影响.结果表明:AlPW_(12)O_(40)@C可替代硫酸作为正丁醇和乙酸酯化的绿色高效催化剂.在优化条件下,即AlPW_(12)O_(40)适宜包覆量为40%,w(40%AlPW_(12)O_(40)@C)为4.0%(基于反应物总质量),醇酸摩尔比为2∶1,反应温度125℃,反应时间2.5 h,此时酯化率可达90.4%.催化剂重复使用5次,酯化率仍可达79.2%.
A new style green solide acid catalyst A1PW12O40@C was synthesized in-situ from aluminium phospho- tungstate (A1PW12O40@C) and sucrose and characterized by FT-IR, XRD, EDS and SEM. A method of synthesis of n-butyl acetate catalyzed by A1PW12 O40 @ C has been developed. Results indicated that A1PW12O40@C could be used as green catalyst for the esterification of -butyl alcohol with acetic acid instead of sulphuric acid. The optimal technical conditions were deteimined as loading amount of A1PW12O40@ of 40% ,mass fraction of 40% AlPW12O40@C at 4. 0% (based on the total mass of al l reactants) ,reaction temperature of 125 ℃ , reaction time of 2. 5 h and the molar ratio of -butyl alcohol to acetic acid of 2: 1. Under the optimum synthesis condition, the esterification ratio is 90.4% and remains 79. 2% after 5 cycles.
