摘要
农业供给侧改革的提出和《中华人民共和国促进科技成果转化法》的修订实施,迫切需要农业科技工作者们转变观念,抓住农业科技成果转化的重点,创新管理,整合政府、科研单位、企业、专业合作社、农民等农业科技创新成果转化资源要素,加快农业科技成果转化,提高农业科技成果转化效率,服务全国经济发展大局。
For the proposition of agricultural supply-side reform, as well as the revision and implementation of the Law of Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements, the agricultural science and technology workers are in urgent need of changing ideas and grasping key points in the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, innovating management, integrating the resource elements in achievement transformation of agricultural scientific and technological innovation including the government, scientific research institutions, enterprises, professional cooperatives and farmers, in addition, accelerating the transformation and improving the transformation efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, to serve the overall situation of national economic development.
