摘要
目的探讨SWOT分析法在泌尿外科护理管理质量中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2015年我院泌尿外科收治住院的116例患者作为对照组,2016年收治的127例患者作为观察组,2015年采用常规护理管理模式,2016年采用SWOT分析法进行护理管理,比较两个时间段护理人员护理质量评分以及患者对护理的满意度。结果采用SWOT分析法后,护理人员工作量、工作质量、医德规范以及绩效考核成绩总分均显著高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将SWOT分析法运用于泌尿外科护理管理工作中,可有效提升护理人员自身工作素质,提升患者对护理的满意度,从而促进护理质量的提高,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of SWOT analysis on nursing quality in the Department of Urology.Methods A total of 116 patients were randomly selected from patients who admitted to the Department of Urology in our hospital during 2015 as the control group,and 127 patients during 2016 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine nursing care in 2015,while since 2016 SWOT analysis has been used to manage nursing care.We compared scores of nursing care quality between 2015 and 2016,and patients' satisfaction on nursing care between these two groups.Results After implementation of SWOT analysis,the workload,the quality of work,medical morals and the overall performance evaluation score of nursing staff were significantly higher than before.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SWOT analysis in urology nursing management can effectively improve the nursing staff's work quality and enhance patient satisfaction with nursing so as to promote the nursing quality,which means it is worthy of clinical promotion.
