不同海拔对4种秸秆营养价值影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 为评价海拔对西藏地区4种主要饲料秸秆(青稞、玉米、燕麦和油菜)秸秆营养价值的影响,试验分别对生长在不同海拔(3000~4300 m)的4种作物秸秆中粗蛋白、可溶性糖含量、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的含量进行检测。结果表明:随着海拔升高,粗蛋白在青稞秸秆中含量显著降低(P<0.05),在玉米和油菜秸秆中含量显著增加(P<0.05),在燕麦秸秆中含量变化无规律性;可溶性糖在这4中秸秆中含量均显著增加(P<0.05);中性洗涤纤维在青稞秸秆中含量变化无规律性,在玉米和燕麦秸秆中含量显著降低(P<0.05),在油菜秸秆中含量无显著变化(P>0.05);酸性洗涤纤维在青稞秸秆中显著增加(P<0.05),在玉米、燕麦和油菜秸秆中含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结果说明,海拔对秸秆中粗蛋白、可溶性糖、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的含量均有显著影响,对同一种作物秸秆,海拔对不同营养组分的影响不同,对同一营养组分,除可溶性糖外,海拔对不同种作物秸秆有不同影响。 To evaluated the effects of altitude on nutritional value of four kinds of main straw(highland barley straw,corn straw,oats straw and rape straw),the content of crude protein,soluble sugar,neutral detergent fi bre(NDF)and acid detergent fi bre(ADF)in these straw which grow in different altitude(3,000-4,300 m)were tested.The result showed that with the elevation of altitude,the content of crude protein in highland barley straw was signifi cant decreased(P〈0.05),in corn and rape straw was signifi cant increased(P〈0.05),in oats straw,the change was no irregular;the content of soluble sugar in these four kinds of straw was signifi cant increased(P〈0.05);the content of neutral detergent fi bre in highland barley straw,the change was no irregular,in corn and oats straw was signifi cant increased(P〈0.05),in rape straw was no signifi cant change(P〈0.05);the content of acid detergent fi bre in highland barley straw was signifi cant increased(P〈0.05),in corn,oats and rape straw was signifi cant decreased(P〈0.05).These results suggest that the altitude have important effects on the nutritional value of these four kinds of straw,for the same straw,this effect is different on different nutrient components,and for the same nutrient components(except the soluble sugar),this effect is different on different kinds of straw.
