涤纶织物荧光染料染色和抗紫外一浴加工 被引量:2

摘要 采用分散荧光黄10GN、荧光红R-G和紫外吸收剂HLF,用于涤纶织物染色及抗紫外一浴法加工,探究了染料、紫外吸收剂和分散剂用量,染色温度、时间等因素对涤纶织物染色和抗紫外性能的影响,测试了染色织物表观色深(K/S值)及紫外线防护系数(UPF)。结果表明:荧光染料与紫外吸收剂HLF可采用一浴加工处理,最佳工艺为:染料1%(omf),紫外线吸收剂HLF 5%(omf),130℃保温60 min,染色织物的耐皂洗和耐摩擦色牢度均可达4~5级,耐日晒色牢度优良,30次洗涤后的织物依然保持较高的紫外防护性能。 Dispersed fluorescent yellow 10 GN, fluorescent red R-G and UV absorber HLF was applied to one bath anti-UV and dyeing of polyester fabrics. The effects of the dosage of dyes, UV absorber and dispersant, temperature and time on dyeing and anti-UV finishing of polyester fabrics were studied. The apparent color depth(K/S value) and UV protection factor(UPF) were also tested. The results showed that fluorescent dyes and UV absorbent HLF could be used in one bath process. When the dosage of dispersed dye was 1%(omf), the optimal one bath dyeing and anti-UV finishing process was UV absorber HLF 5%(omf), dyeing at130 ℃ for 60 min. The washing and rubbing fastness of dyed fabrics could reach 4~5 grade, and the excellent light fastness could be obtained. After 30 times of repeated washing, the fabric still maintain a high UV protection performance.
