摘要
目的探究X线与CT检查在膝关节退行性骨关节病中的影像学表现。方法选取本院2015年8月~2016年8月收治的58例膝关节退行性骨关节病患者,并对其临床资料和影像学检查结果(X线、CT检查)回顾性分析。结果 X线平片:发病膝关节总计70个,其中,有56个关节边缘与关节面增生,关节面硬化、关节内有游离体、骨质疏松、关节间隙狭窄以及髁间嵴变尖分别有26、14、18、27、55个;CT:发病膝关节总计70个,其中关节边缘与关节面增生59个,包括关节积液和囊肿、半月板退行性变化、关节内有游离体、骨质疏松以及髁间嵴变尖分别有10、19、34、29、58个。结论影像学检查膝关节退行性骨关节病患者中,借助X线检查可达到对患者的初步筛查,基于此进行CT检查可为患者的诊治提供有利条件。
Objective To explore the imaging findings of X-ray and CT in the degenerative osteoarthropathy of the knee joint. Methods From August 2015 to August 2016, 58 cases of degenerative osteoarthropathy of the knee joint were selected in our hospital. The clinical and imaging findings(X-ray, CT examination) were analyzed retrospectively. Results X-ray plain film: The total number of knee joints of the disease was 70, of which there were 56 joint margin and articular surface hyperplasia. The joint surface hardening, joint with loose bodies, osteoporosis, joint space narrowing, and between condyle crest taper were 26, 14, 18, 27 and 55 respectively. CT: The total number of knee joints of the disease was 70, of which there were 59 joint margin and articular surface hyperplasia. Including joint effusion and cyst, meniscus degenerative changes, joint with loose bodies, between osteoporosis and condyle crest taper respectively with 10, 19, 34, 29, 58. Conclusion Imaging examination with the help of X-ray can achieve a preliminary screening for patients with degenerative osteoarthropathy of knee joint. Based on this, CT examination can provide favorable conditions for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
