摘要
口岸资源要素是实现跨境贸易电子商务的基础保障,跨境贸易电子商务业务规模在一定程度上影响口岸资源要素的集聚与融合,两者相互促进,相辅相成。通过对跨境贸易电子商务概念的进一步界定和对其发展态势、口岸资源要素的剖析,进一步分析了跨境贸易电子商务与口岸资源要素的关联关系,探索了跨境贸易电子商务对口岸资源管理的相关诉求,从助推全程时效提升、空间效应集聚和业务领域拓展三个方面阐述了口岸资源对跨境电商的推动作用。
By further defining the concept of the e-commerce in cross-border trade and analyzing its development trend and the elements of the entry port resources, we proceeded to analyze the correlation between cross-border e-commerce and the elements of entry port resources, explored the relevant demand of cross-border e-commerce on the management of the entry port resources, and expounded the promotional effect of the entry port resources on cross-border e-commerce from the three aspects of boosting the full-process timeliness,spatial effect conglomeration and business field expansion.
