摘要 为探索集约化饲养条件下奶牛乳脂率(MFP)、乳蛋白率(MPP)、乳尿素氮(MUN)、体细胞数(SCC)及产奶量(DMY)的变化规律,本试验收集并分析了2014~2016年东海奶牛场荷斯坦牛的DHI记录。结果表明,该场奶牛的MFP、MPP在8月份最低,分别为3.81%、3.11%;在1月份最高,分别为4.60%和3.52%。泌乳天数在61~120d时,DMY普遍较高,最高可达38.84kg,在101~200d时,MUN达到最高值16.21mg/m L。不同季节的SCC存在极显著差异。通过分析得出,在实际生产中可以通过改善环境和加强管理,在奶牛泌乳期调整日粮结构,适当增加夏季日粮中粗蛋白质和水溶性碳水化合物的含量来提高牛奶产量和乳品质。 The dairy herd improvement indexes were collected and analyzed from Donghai dairy cattle farm in Shanghai Area (2014-2016) to study the variability of milk fat percentage (MFP), milk protein percentage (MPP), somatic cell count (SCC), milk urea nitrogen (MUN) and daily milk yield (DMY) under immense feeding system. The results showed that MFP and MPP were lowest in August, with 3.81% and 3.11%o respectively, while they were highest in January, with 4.60%, and 3.52%; DMY was at the peak in 61-120 days of lactation cows, which was 38.84 kg, and MUN could achieve the high level of 16.21 mg/mL in 101-200 days. We can improve the environment and to strengthen management, appropriately to improve the quality and the production of milk in actual production with increasing crude protein and water soluble carbohydrates in summer, and adjusting feed ratio structure for lactation cows,
