摘要
目的探讨人工LARS韧带重建后交叉韧带(PCL)的功能转归及生活质量。方法采用人工LARS韧带重建PCL治疗34例单纯PCL损伤患者。采用Lysholm评分、Tegner评分、IKDC评分、改良Barthel指数对患者术前和术后3、6、9、12个月时患侧膝关节功能和生活质量进行评分。结果患者均获得随访,时间12~14个月。所有患者膝关节活动度良好,后抽屉试验阴性,术后疼痛明显好转,稳定性良好。术后3、6、9、12个月Lysholm、IKDC、Tegner、改良Barthel指数评分均较术前明显改善,各时间点与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论人工LARS韧带治疗PCL断裂近期疗效满意,且能提高患者日常生活能力,为治疗PCL损伤提供了新的移植物选择。
Objective To investigate the functional outcome and quality of life of posterior eruciate ligament (PCL) reconstruction with ligament advanced reinforcement system (LARS). Methods The 34 cases of PCL injuries were treated with artificial LARS ligament reconstruction. Lysholm score, Tegner score, the IKDC score, and the improved Bhrthel index were used to evaluate each patient of knee joint function and life quality at the preoperation,3,6,9 , 12 months postoperation,respectively. Results All patients were followed up for 12 - 14 months. All patients had good knee activity range, posterior drawer test was negative, postoperative pain improved significantly, stability was good. The scores of Lysholm, IKDC, Tegner and modified Barthel index at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months "after operation were sig- nificantly improved, compared with those before operation, there were significant differences between the preoperative and postoperative different time points ( P 〈 O. Ol ). Conclusions The artificial LARS ligament is effective in the treatment of PCL rupture and provides new: graft for 'the treatment of PCL injuries.
