摘要
目的探讨游离股前外侧皮瓣联合小腿桥式交腿皮瓣修复小腿及足踝部大面积组织缺损的疗效。方法采用游离股前外侧皮瓣吻合健侧胫后血管,联合桥式交腿皮瓣修复8例小腿及足踝部大面积组织缺损。结果患者均获得随访,时间4~22个月。皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣外形、色泽、弹性恢复良好。末次随访按Thermann量表功能评定:优5例,良2例,可1例。结论以健侧小腿胫后血管作为游离组织移植的供血血管,游离股前外皮瓣联合交腿皮瓣移植,是修复小腿及足踝部大面积组织缺损的一种有效方法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of the free femoral anterior lateral flap and bridged cross-leg flap in the repair of large area soft tissue defect of the lower leg and ankle. Methods The femoral anterior lateral flap was used to anastomoses the posterior tibial vein, and the combined bridge type cross-legged flaps were used to re- pair the defect of 8 cases of leg and ankle with large area soft tissue defect. Results All patients had been followed up for 4 -22 months. All flaps were survived, and flap shape, eolour and lustre, elasticity got good recover, at the last follow-up, Thermann scale function assessment: 5 cases were exeellent, 2 good, and 1 fair. Conclusions It is effective to solve the lower leg and foot large area tissue defect and beyond for vascular anastomosis by using contralat- eral lower leg arteriovenous as blood vessels of free tissue transplantation, combined with the free shares outside the front flap.
