摘要
我国油桃品质优良,出口潜力较大。但因携带桔小实蝇等有害生物问题,油桃需在出口前实施检疫处理。鉴于传统冷处理措施易导致油桃发生冻害,影响商业品质,本文研究了低温磷化氢熏蒸对油桃贮藏期间可溶性糖、酸度、色泽、硬度及细胞膜渗透率等品质指标的影响。结果表明,与对照组比较,低温磷化氢熏蒸可延缓油桃着色,维持油桃硬度,保持细胞膜完整性,对糖酸无明显影响。这些结果表明低温磷化氢熏蒸有助于保持冷藏和货架期间油桃的品质,可作为出口油桃检疫处理的备选技术。
Chinese nectarine fruit has good quality and export potential. But because of oriental fruit fly(Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel),the nectarine fruit need to implement quarantine treatment before export. Unfortunately,chilling injury usually occurs during the traditional quarantine cold treatment,which limits the export of nectarine fruit. In this study,the effects of low temperature phosphine fumigation on content of soluble sugars,total acidity,color,fruit firmness and cell membrane permeability of nectarine fruits during storage were studied. The results showed that comparing with control group,the treatments could delay nectarine coloration,maintain nectarine firmness,maintain cell membrane integrity,and had no obvious effect on sugar and acid content. These results indicated that low temperature phosphine fumigation could maintain the quality of nectarine during cold storage and shelf life,and could be used as an alternative technique for quarantine treatment of nectarine.
