摘要
对冷镦钢盘条冷镦开裂原因进行分析,确定盘条表面缺陷是影响冷镦钢质量的重要因素,是导致冷镦钢盘条冷镦开裂的主要原因。对引起冷镦钢盘条铁皮压入、折叠、划伤、内部组织不均匀及头尾修剪不干净等缺陷进行分析,并制定相应的改进措施。经过总结与归纳,形成"冷镦钢生产控制预案",经过多轮生产验证,效果明显,缩短了现场因冷镦不合格的调整时间,冷镦钢盘条的合格率由89%提高至96%,由于盘条轧制原因产生的冷镦开裂异议率减少3%。
To analyze the causes of cold heading cracking of cold heading steel wire rod. It is concluded that the surface defect of wire rod is an important factor affecting the quality of cold heading steel, and it is the main reason leading to cold heading cracking of cold heading steel wire rod. The defects such as pressing, folding, scratching, uneven internal organization and poor trimming of the head and tail of the cold heading steel wire rod were analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures were maked. After induction, the forming of "production control plan of cold heading steel", after verification of production, shorten the adjustment time of cold heading site due to unqualified, cold heading steel wire rod passing rate increased from 89% to 96%, due to disagreements on cracking causes of rod rolling rate reduced by 3%.
