摘要
随着氟喹诺酮类药物在鸡支原体疾病治疗方面的广泛和不合理应用,鸡支原体对氟喹诺酮类药物的耐药现象越来越严重。为了规范氟喹诺酮类药物在鸡支原体疾病治疗上的应用和在一定程度上减缓耐药现象的产生,有必要制定鸡支原体对氟喹诺酮类药物的耐药标准。本文以耐药判定标准为中心,介绍了其定义和制定流程;阐述了国内外支原体对氟喹诺酮类药物的耐药判定标准的相关研究,包括野生型临界值、药效学临界值和临床临界值的相关研究。最后对当前研究的不足进行反思,并提出了自己的设想,以期为减缓鸡支原体对氟喹诺酮类的耐药提供参考。
With the extensive and unreasonable use of fluoroquinolones in the treatment of Mycoplasma gallisepticum disease,the drug resistance of Mycoplasma on fluoroquinolone becoming more and more serious.In order to regulate the application of fluoroquinolones in the treatment of Mycoplasmadisease and to reduce the occurrence of drug resistance to a certain extent,it is necessary to develop the standard of resistance to Mycoplasma gallisepticum on fluoroquinolones.The author introduces the definition and formulation process centered on the criteria for drug resistance,and summarized the related studies on the determination of resistance to fluoroquinolones in Mycoplasmaat home and abroad,including wild type Cutoff,PK-PD Cutoff and clinical Cutoff.Finally,the shortcomings of the current researches were reviewed and put forward ourown ideas,in order to provide a reference to slow down the resistance of Mycoplasma gallisepticumto fluoroquinolones.
