摘要
通过试验研究,配制出可以改善硫铝酸盐水泥工作性、早期强度、凝结时间的三种专用复合外加剂;用自行研制的外加剂配制的超早强水泥混凝土,4 h抗压强度大于40 MPa、抗折强度大于7 MPa,7 d抗压强度大于50 MPa,后期强度保持稳定增长,具有良好的抗冻性、耐硫酸盐侵蚀性、黏结性。适用于公路、桥梁、港口等工程的维修加固,已应用于桥梁工程的墩台加高,取得良好效果。
From experimental studies,three kinds of special composite additives were prepared,which ameliorate the concrete workability, early strength and cementing time.The compressive strength and flexural strength of ultra-early strength cement concrete prepared by self-developed admixture were greater than 40 MPa and greater than 7 MPa at 4h, respectively.The compressive strength is greater than 50 MPa at 7 d,and the latter strength keeps steady growth.It has good frost resistance,resistance to sulphate attack and it can be very good bonging with portland cement mortar.The concrete in this paper is suitable for the maintenance of highway,bridge,port and other projects.And its application in the bridge pier and abutment heightening achieved good results.
