长螺旋成孔法在卵石地区基坑支护工程中的应用

摘要 针对卵石地层在钻进施工过程中出现塌孔、孔壁不稳定的缺陷,利用长螺旋钻进排土时钻具对孔壁的挤压作用,通过向钻孔内回填粘性土,然后复钻使得钻孔得到修补,总结出一种实用的"人造泥质卵石层"护壁钻孔干法施工工艺,从而解决了长螺旋在卵石地层中成孔困难的难题,使施工效率得到提高,降低施工成本,同时拓展了长螺旋钻机的应用领域。 In allusion to drilling process in the gravel area appearing defects of borehole collapse, wall unstable, during the long auger drilling soil removing, the tools have compressing action on the wall. Through the clayey soil refilling into the borehole, then the redrilling can piece up the borehole. The practice has summed up a practical "artificial argillaceous gravel layer" wall protection drill- ing dry process technology. Accordingly has solved a hard nut in long auger drilling, construction efficiency promoted and operation cost lowered, meanwhile the application field of long auger drilling expanded.
