摘要
目的探讨火针配合刺络拔罐方式治疗脓包性痤疮的临床疗效。方法选取我院皮肤科在2015年6月—2016年5月收治的脓包性痤疮患者72例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各36例,治疗组采用火针配合刺络拔罐方式治疗,5~7 d给予火针治疗1次,刺络拔罐隔天治疗1次。对照组采用异维A酸胶丸联合红霉素肠溶胶囊治疗,异维A酸胶丸口服10 mg/次,2次/d;红霉素肠溶胶囊口服50 mg/次,2次/d;2组均治疗4周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。8周后观察2组临床疗效,治疗前后采用痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)和特异性生活质量量表(Qol-Acne)对患者临床症状和生活质量进行评价。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为97.22%,对照组为80.56%,治疗组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后GAGS评分较治疗前均有显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后Qol-Acne评分较治疗前均有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火针配合刺络拔罐的方式具有清热解毒、消疮化瘀、疏通经络和气血的功效,可以促使积热外泄,加快皮肤新陈代谢,有效减少皮损面积和严重程度,从而起到显著治疗作用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with pricking and cupping on pustular acne.Methods 72 patients with pustular acne were selected from dermatology in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016,according to the method of random number table,which were divided into the treatment group and the control group equally,Treatment group were treated by fire needle combined with pricking and cupping therapy,5-7 d treated with fire needle therapy 1 time,pricking and cupping therapy 1 time once every other day,the control group was treated with isotretinoin capsules combined with erythromycin enteric-coated capsules,isotretinoin capsules was given 10 mg,2 times/d and erythromycin enteric-coated capsules 50 mg,2 times/d,the 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks as 1 course,for 2 courses.After 8 weeks,the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was observed.The clinical symptoms and quality of life were evaluated by the acne comprehensive grading system（GAGS） and the specific quality of life scale（Qol-Acne） before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 97.22%,the control group was 80.56%,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.（P〈0.05） The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the scores of GAGS in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the scores of Qol-Acne in the 2 groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Fire acupuncture combined with pricking and cupping therapy on pustular acne is effective,significantly better than the control group,which can promote heat accumulation,accelerate the metabolism of skin,reduce the area and severity of skin lesions,and thus play a significant role in the treatment.
