摘要
为解决宝山钢铁股份有限公司出口北美区域某项目的 483牌号管线钢在生产过程中发生的批量性"翘皮"缺陷,对炼钢连铸板坯生产、厚板轧制、UOE焊管生产的全工序各环节可能产生缺陷的各种因素,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析仪等进行宏观和微观组织形貌、化学成分等分析,并策划试验方案进行典型缺陷的工序定位,初步编制了缺陷图谱,梳理总结了相对应的改进措施。结果表明,483钢级管线钢"翘皮"缺陷得到了有效控制,缺陷发生率明显下降。
In order to solve surface upwarping during the production of 483 grade pipeline steel exported in north America by Baosteel, factors that might cause defects in continuous casting slab production, heavy plate rolling and UOE welded pipe production link were analyzed by metalloscope, scanning electron microscope and X-ray spectrometry for macroscopic and microstructure morphology and chemical composition, test scheme for typical defect location was planned, defect map was preliminarily established, and the corresponding improvement measures were summarized. The results showed that surface upwarping defect of 483 grade pipeline steel was effectively controlled, and the defect rate was significantly decreased.
