摘要
首先回顾热型连铸法的发展历程以及连铸装置的3种不同拉铸方式,介绍了设备系统的组成及其作用。着重从稳定的定向凝固组织形成条件及温度场、铸型温度、拉铸速度、冷却条件和液面高度等工艺参数方面进行阐述并结合实例分析该工艺参数对铸锭质量的影响。最后为以后热型设备的进一步改进做出假设与设想。
continuous aspects of parameters combining The development process of Ohno Continuous Casting Method and three different ways to pull casting casting apparatus were reviewed, and the composition and role of the device system were described focusing on the conditions and temperature, mold temperature, pull the casting speed, cooling conditions and process such as surface height, and the influence of process parameters on the quality of the ingot was analyzed with examples. Finally, some assumptions were put forward to further improve after-heating equipment.
