摘要
团队已不是企业的专有构成形式,其在高校教师教学、研究工作中的作用越来越凸显。本文提出组建教学团队的必要性,以武汉工商学院为例,探讨了校企共建物流管理专业"双师"型教学团队构成、目标、机制建设等问题。
Team is not the proper form of the enterprise,the role of teachers＇ teaching and research work in collegesand universities is more and more highlighted.This paper advances the necessity of building teaching team.and takeWuhan technology and business university as an example,probes into the problem of double-certificated teachersconstruction,target,mechanism,construction so on.
