摘要
目的:探究《急救护理技术》课程实践教学中标准化病人的应用效果。方法:选取我校2015级66名中职生为研究对象,以数字表法随机分为对照组和实验组,均33例,对照组学生采用传统模拟人教学工具进行学习,实验组学生采取标准化病人教学与模拟人教学相结合的教学法。课程结束后,分析两组理论知识、操作技能和护士职业态度得分。结果:实验组理论知识、操作技能和护士职业态度得分高于对照组,差异存在显著性(p<0.05)。结论:在《急救护理技术》课程实践教学中应用标准化病人,可以提高学生学习成绩和职业态度的积极性,值得推广。
Aim:To explore the effect of standardized patients in the teaching practice of " Nursing for EmergencyTreatment ". Methods:Sixty-six Secondary vocational school students in second grade were selected as the subjects. Thedata were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. All the patients were treated with traditionalsimulator teaching tools. The students in the experimental group adopted standardized patients Teaching MethodCombining Teaching and Simulated Teaching. After the end of the coupe,the two groups of theoretical knowledgescores,operational skills score and nurses' professional attitude score were analyzed. Results:The scores of theoreticalknowledge,operation skills and nurses were higher in the experimental group than in the control group (p 〈0.05).Conclusions:The application of standardized patients in the practice teaching of " Nursing for Emergency Treatment "isnot only effective,but also can improve students' academic achievement and worthy of promotion.
