摘要
随着中外合作办学的快速发展,赴海外参加2+2/3+1等项目的学生党员越来越多,他们在海外的教育和发展工作出现断层,这部分党员在海外的管理和监控成为基层党建工作的难点和重点。高校学生党支部是基层党建工作的实施者,也是对于学生党员教育和管理最有效的载体。本文主要通过在海外建立党小组,就开展工作的路径进行研究,以期达到对海外党员的管理和教育。强化对海外交换生的远程管理与思想引导,通过网络媒介主动联系并解决其实际困难,有效指导了海外学生党建工作的开展。
With the development of Chinese-foreign Cooperative Education,more and more student Party members have gone overseas to join 2＋2 project,3＋1 project or other projects. Their overseas education and development work was out of order. Overseas management and monitoring of this part of Party members has become difficulty and key of grass-roots Party building work. The Party branch of university students are the implementer of the Party construction at the grass-roots level and the most effective carrier for the education and management of student P arty members. The article mainly studies how to carry out the work through the establishment of the overseas Party group,so as to achieve the management and education of the overseas Party members. The remote management and ideological guidance of overseas exchange students were strengthened,we actively connected them and solved their practical difficulties through the network media,and effectively guided the development of overseas student Party building work.
