摘要
目的:优选定痛宁颗粒的成型工艺。方法:考察辅料品种及配比对浸膏粉成型率、吸湿率的影响,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验优选制粒工艺条件,以成型率、流动性、含水量及吸湿率为指标,筛选处方中加入辅料的最佳成型工艺。结果:最佳工艺条件为:浸膏粉∶混合辅料=1.2∶1,糊精∶甘露醇=3∶2,以90%乙醇为润湿剂,用量为0.35 m L·g^(-1),临界相对湿度(CRH)约为70%。结论:该颗粒剂所选辅料合理、成型制备工艺可行,本研究为定痛宁颗粒制粒工艺条件的确定和工业化生产提供了科学的实验依据。
Objective:To select the forming process of Dingtongning granule optimally. Methods: The influ- ences of excipients varieties and ratio on forming rate and moisture adsorption rate of extract powder were investigated. The conditions of granulating process were selected optimally by L9 (3^4 ) orthogonal test. Taking forming rate, fluidity , water content and moisture adsorption rate as indices, the optimal forming process of adding excipients was screened from formulations . Results : The conditions of optimal process were as follows, extract powder: mixed ex- cipients = 1.2:1 ; dextrin : mannitol = 3:2 ; 90% ethyl alcohol as wetting agent( dosage was 0.35 mLog^-1 ) ; critical relative humidity(CRH) was about 70%. Conclusion:The selected excipients of this granular formulation are reasonable. The forming preparation process is feasible. This research provides a scientific experimental basis for determinetion of granulating process conditions and industrialized production of Dingtongning granule.
