摘要 在分析了新国标电梯厅门结构和装配特点的基础上,提出了一套基于工业机器人的电梯厅门自动化装配方案。该系统主要由门板上线单元、涂胶单元、人工放筋单元、机器人无铆钉连接单元、预留单元以及安全防护单元和控制单元组成。控制单元基于PLC和上位工控机设计,通过Device Net协议,实现机器人与主控PLC的数据通信,利用触摸屏和上位组态软件对整个系统的生产状态进行监控。该系统可自动完成电梯厅门的涂胶和无铆钉连接作业,实现了新国标电梯厅门的自动化装配。实践证明,该系统提高了工厂的自动化水平、减少了工人劳动强度,降低了劳动力成本。 Based on the analysis of the structure and assembly features of the new international standard elevator landing door, a set of automatic assembly scheme is presented based on industrial robot. The system was mainly composed of a plank loading unit, gluing unit, stiffener laying unit, robot-based clinching device, preserving unit, security unit and control unit, and etc. Based on programmable logical eontruller (PLC) and a superior industrial personal computer ( IPC), the control unit was designed, which could realize data transmission between the robot and the main control PLC by using DeviceNet protocol. The entire production process of system was monitored though a touch screen and the configuration software running on the PC. The glue and clinching operation of elevator landing door could be automatically completed by the system, realizing the automatic assembly of the new international standard elevator landing door. As a result of practice, the system improves the automation level of the factory, reduces the labor intensity and labor cost.
