摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的治疗近年来取得了很大的进展,如何筛选适合使用糖皮质激素的人群是临床面临的重要问题。糖皮质激素使嗜酸性粒细胞增多的COPD患者获益逐渐得到关注。本文综述相关研究进展,以期为临床诊疗提供参考。
The clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）has achieve a great progress in recent years.However,regarding to the use of glucocorticoids is still an important issue.Recent clinical studies on eosinophils in COPD have found that the COPD patients with eosinophilia can benefit from glucocorticoids.This review provides a reference for COPD’s clinical diagnosis and its treatment.
