硬岩掘进机液压缸可靠性研究与新技术应用 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决硬岩掘进机液压缸作业过程中存在的问题,对硬岩掘进机液压缸工况及出现问题的部件—活塞杆,进行了深入的分析与研究,明确了活塞杆的硬度、强度边界条件。在此基础上合理应用新技术,提高液压缸活塞杆的硬度强度,经过长时间的试制、试用到全面应用,完全解决了硬岩掘进机液压缸中存在的问题,极大提高了整机可靠性。 In order to solve the problems in hydraulic cylinder operation of hard rock roadheader, deeply analyzed and studied the piston rod of hard rock roadheader working condition and problems, and made clear the boundary condition of hardness and strength for piston rod. On this basis, the new technology is applied to improve the hardness and strength of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder After a long period of trial production and trial application, tht problems existing in the hydraulic cylinder of hard rock roadheader have been completely solved, and the reliability ofthe whole machine has been qreatly improved.
