摘要
为探明不同质地土壤、肥力对水稻秧苗根系形态的影响,试验以中晚熟品种‘辽粳401’为试验材料,选用壤质土、黏质土和砂质土3种土壤类型,采用随机区组方法研究了16种氮肥、磷肥、钾肥配比对水稻秧根系形态指标的影响。结果表明:在黏质土条件下,氮肥、磷肥、钾肥分别为4、2.5、3.5 g/盘秧苗根系形态指标最佳,有利于根系生长、根系与养分的接触,提高养分利用率,促进地上部生物量积累,以达到培育健壮的秧苗的目的。
To study the effects of different soil types and fertility on root morphology of rice seedling, themiddle-late maturing variety ‘Liaojing401' was used as material. Three soil types of loamy soil, clayey soiland sandy soil were selected. The effects of sixteen proportions of nitrogen fertilizer, phosphorus fertilizer andpotassium fertilizer on the morphological indexes of rice root were studied. The results showed that under thecondition of clayey soil, the seedling root morphology was the best when nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizerand potash fertilizer was 4, 2.5, 3.5 g/tray, respectively, which was beneficial to root growth and the contact ofroots with nutrients, and could improve the nutrient utilization rate and the accumulation of biomass above theground, thus to achieve the purpose of cultivating healthy seedlings.
