摘要
目的探讨行为回放式教学对五年制临床医学专业外科模拟实践临床技能教学的效果。方法以西南医科大学临床医学院2013级五年制本科临床医学专业64名学生为研究对象,在外科实践临床技能的教学中,将其随机分成试验组和对照组,每组各32人。试验组采用行为回放式外科实践模拟教学,而对照组仅采用模拟教学。教学结束后对2组学生进行相关理论知识及操作技能进行考核,分析2组的成绩,并进行问卷调查了解试验组对行为回放式外科实践模拟教学的认可度。结果试验组的沟通技能、操作技能成绩和临床技能总成绩高于对照组,2组成绩之间的差异有统计学意义。大多数试验组学生对行为回放外科实践模拟教学能够表示肯定。结论行为回放外科实践模拟教学在五年制临床医学外科实践临床技能教学中能够起提高教学效果,对提高学生的操作技能起到重要作用。
Objective To evaluate the application of surgical simulation teaching based on action replay to clinical skill training for five-year medical students.Methods Sixty-four five-year medical students who were enrolled to the School of Clinical Medicine of Southwest Medical University in 2013 participated in this study.They were randomly divided into experimental group(n=32)and control group(n=32)for practical surgical skill training.Surgical simulation teaching was based on action replay for the experimental group,while the control group only received simulation teaching.Examinations were given to the two groups with respect to the theoretical knowledge and practical surgical skills after teaching and the examination scores were compared.Questionnaire survey was conducted for the experimental group to assess the degree of acceptance about surgical simulation teaching based on action replay.Results The scores on communication skills,practical surgical skills and clinical skills were significantly higher in the experimental group compared with the control group.Most students in the experimental group showed a high degree of acceptance about surgical simulation teaching based on action replay.Conclusion Surgical simulation teaching based on action replay could improve the teaching effect for the five-year medical students and facilitated the cultivation of practical surgical skills.
