摘要 低温冰箱是临床和实验室不可缺少的关键设备之一。本研究以提升低温冰箱使用效率、降低设备故障率为目的,统计了医院2011—2016年使用的3个品牌低温冰箱的发生的故障总数,并列出了故障发生的类型或更换部件,以及故障设备的启用年份;分析发现,操作不当等人为原因、过热过湿的环境会对低温冰箱造成不良影响。针对性的预防性维护、合适的周围环境、定期的操作培训和良好使用习惯有助于延长低温冰箱使用年限、提高使用效益。期望本研究对于医院、科研院校管理、维修维护低温冰箱整体有所帮助。 Low temperature refrigerator is the indispensable equipment for clinicol and laboratory use. This paper analyses the sum of low temperature refrigerator failure times from 2011 to 2016 in our hospital, with the purpose of improving low temperature refrigerators' availability factor and reducing equipment failure rote. At the some time, it enumerates fault type. replacement ports and the year of failure device enabled. Additionally, me analyses the ultra-low freezers' failure rote and maintenance cost of three different bands. Above oil, it draws a conclusion that suitable surroundings and good operating habits ore beneficial to extend the service life of low temperature refrigerator and improve availabilily factor. At lost, me hope this paper is helpful to purchase, manage and maintain low temperature refrigerator in the hospitals and research institutions.
