摘要
西方敌对势力利用网络的开放性对我国网民进行资产阶级意识形态渗透,网络"非理性"被资产阶级"自由主义"者的"理性"所操纵。互联网意识形态安全问题产生的主要原因如下:资产阶级文化殖民的需要及其意识形态上的傲慢,互联网的文化包容性以及活动主体的技术性隐身,"去意识形态化"成为互联网娱乐精神的主旨。维护我国互联网意识形态安全,既要加强内涵建设,提高社会主义意识形态的竞争力和抗颠覆力,又要在技术操作上主动应对,建立全方位意识形态战争的防御体系。网络安全是国家总体安全的重要方面,我国社会主义意识形态的巩固和强化需要在内涵与技术两个层面树立新的理念,发动新的防御,开拓新的路径。占领互联网意识形态阵地,是新时代国家安全体系建构的内在要求。
The Western hostile forces make use of the openness of the network to infiltrate the bourgeois ideology of the Internet users in China,and the network＂irrational＂is manipulated by the＂rational＂. The Internet ideological security problem is mainly caused by the following three aspects： the first is the bourgeois ideology and culture to colonial arrogance,the second is the technical nature of the Internet culture and the main activities of stealth inclusive,and the third is de-ideologicalization has become the theme of Internet entertainment spirit. For the maintenance of China＇s Internet security ideology,it is necessary to strengthen the connotation construction,improving the competitiveness of socialist ideology and anti subversion as well as technically initiative to establish a comprehensive ideological war defense system.Network security is an important aspect of overall national security. Consolidation and enhancement of socialist ideology in China need to set up new ideas in two levels of connotation and technology,launching new defense and developing new paths. The occupation of the ideological position of the Internet is an inherent requirement for the construction of the national security system in the new era.
