摘要
【目的/意义】分析新媒环境下网络社群中用户信息行为的国内外研究动态,以了解国内外的研究前沿及发展趋势。【方法/过程】运用定性分析和知识图谱可视化方法,对新媒体环境下国内外网络社群用户信息行为研究起源及发展、研究热点、研究趋势进行分析,呈现国内外网络社群用户信息行为研究的发展动态及发展趋势。【结果/结论】从研究热点看,国内外研究主要是围绕网络社群中用户的信息共享行为、信息搜寻行为和信息传播行为;从研究发展趋势看,国内外未来研究主要围绕网络社群中用户的信息持续使用行为、信息采纳行为和信息交互行为三个方面。
【Purpose/significance】To understand the domestic and foreign research frontiers and trend, this paper analyzes user＇s information behavior in virtual community research status under new media environment at home and abroad.【Method/process】This paper collects domestic and foreign relevant papers about user＇s information behavior in virtual community research under new media environment, uses qualitative analysis and knowledge graph to make a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign research from origins and development, hotspot, trends. It helps to show the dynamic and research trend of domestic and foreign user＇s information behavior in virtual community under new media environment.【Result/conclusion】Domestic and foreign research mainly around user＇s Information sharing behavior, information search behavior andinformation dissemination behavior in virtual community. User＇s Information continues use of behavior, information adoption behavior and information interaction behavior in virtual community will be the trend of future research.
