摘要
随着国际原油竞争日益激烈,石油炼化的快速发展,本装置原设计工况已远不能满足生产需求,加工高硫高酸劣质原油已成为炼化企业提高经济效益的重要途径之一。通过对加工劣质原油的腐蚀分析,有针对性地调整"一脱三注"工艺参数,合理的设备管线选材,完善腐蚀监测技术等有效控制常减压装置腐蚀。
With rapid development of petroleum refining field, original design of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units cannot meet the need of production. Processing high sulfur-high acid inferior crude oil with low rice has become an important way for many petroleum refining enterprises to improve economic profits. Through analysis of corrosion mechanism in processing high sulfur-high acid inferior crude oil, it's pointed out that process parameters of "One Removal Three Injection" should be adjusted, suitable equipment and pipe materials should be chosen, and the corrosion monitoring technology should be improved,in order to control the corrosion of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.
