摘要
视频字符叠加技术,是将数字字符信号通过一定的方式叠加在视频图像屏幕上,近年来随着视频监控的广泛应用,需要字符叠加的场合也越来越多,本文就智能化工程中视频字符叠加技术的应用作一介绍。
Video character superimposition technique is a way to superimpose digital character signal on video image. In recent years, with the widespread use of video monitoring, the demand for characters superimposed is growing on more and more occasions. In this paper, the application of this technique in intelligent engineering is introduced.
