摘要
健康是农民工需要依存的重要人力资本，如何促进农民工的健康水平是学界关注的重要课题。现有关于农民工健康的文献以实证研究为主，系统的文献述评还比较缺乏。本文梳理了2006—2016年国内外农民工健康的相关研究，一方面了解国内外学者关注的最新主题，另一方面提出今后一段时期内农民工健康研究的趋势和主要方向。研究表明．国内外学者对于农民工健康研究的主题大体上趋于相同。主要可概括为农民工健康的测量与现状、农民工健康的影响因素以及健康后果，但是在内容、方法和研究深度上有所区别。在推进“健康中国”建设过程中，农民工健康的影响因素和作用机制将成为今后学界关注的重点。由于新型城镇化对农民工生活水平、价值观念以及社会行为等方面有较大影响．社会融入理论是探讨城镇化背景下农民工健康影响因素的理想工具，因此，本文尝试提出一个基于社会融入视角的农民工健康研究理论框架。
Health is an important human capital for rural-urban migrants. How to .promote the health level of rural-urban migrants is an important issue in academic circles. The existing literature on the health of rural-urban migrantsconsists mainly of empirical research, and the systematic literature re- view is still relatively scarce. This paper reviews domestic and foreign research on rural-urban migrants＇ health from 2006 to 2016. It supplements theprevious literature reviews and meanwhile identifies devel- opment trend and future researches on rural-urban migrants＇ health. The study shows that research themes of domestic and overseas literature are homogeneous, but differs from content, method and ana- lytical depth. Previous studiescan he summarized as the measurement and the health status of rural- urban migrants, the influencing factors of the health of rural-urban migrants and the health conse-quences. In the process of promoting the strategy of ＂Healthy China＂, the influencing factors and mechanism of rural-urban migrants＇ health will be the focus of future research. Sincethe great impact new urbanization has on the living standard, social values and behaviors of rural-urban migrants, the theory of social integration is an ideal tool to explore the influencing factors of rural-urban migrants＇ health. Therefore, this paper tries to establish a the- oretical framework of rural-urban migrants＇ health research based on social integration perspective.
