摘要 本文首先介绍了抗生素对细菌的作用机理,然后说明了抗生素残留的主要危害,如使细菌产生耐药性并转移、破坏微生态平衡、导致敏感人群过敏等。对此,提出应对乳制品中抗生素残留危害的措施。 This paper first explained the mechanism of the action of antibiotics on bacteria, and then explained the main hazards of antibiotic residues, such as making the bacteria produce drug resistance and transferring, destroying the microecological balance, leading to allergies of sensitive people. In this regard, the author finally put forward measures to deal with the harm of antibiotic residues in dairy products.
