文本首先介绍了水产品中重金属的检测方法,包括石墨炉原子吸收光谱法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法和火焰原子吸收光谱法等9种,然后从两方面说明水产品中重金属的去除方法,即水体环境中重金属的去除方法和水产品体内积累的重金属的去除方法。
This paper first explained the detection methods of heavy metals in aquatic products, including graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometr, flame atomic absorption spectrometry, and other 9 kinds of test method, then explained the method of removing heavy metals in aquatic products from two aspects, method of removal heavy metals in water environment, and removal of heavy metals accumulated in aquatic products.
